True Prospect Farm
Owned by Phillip and Evie Dutton, True Prospect Farm is located in the rolling hills of southern Chester County, Pennsylvania, 50 minutes south of Philadelphia. Ideal for training the three-day event horse, True Prospect Farm is conveniently located within a few hours of a multitude of events.

Acquired in 2021, Buck Ridge Farm in Loxahatchee, Florida, is Phillip Dutton Eventing’s winter home base.
